In this paper, through the analysis and research of the T-slot bevel guide rail, a new type of precision machining fixture based on the T-slot bevel guide rail is designed, and its performance is tested and analyzed. the results show that the fixture has high processing accuracy and stability, can meet the processing requirements of complex parts, and has certain promotion and application value.

Introduction

With the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry, the requirements for the precision and efficiency of parts processing are getting higher and higher. the processing fixture is an important tool in machining, and its quality and design play a vital role in processing accuracy and efficiency. therefore, how to design a high-precision, high-stability processing fixture has become one of the research hotspots in the engineering and manufacturing industries.

 

T track stopper is a type of guide rail commonly used in machine tools and processing equipment. It has the advantages of high precision, high rigidity, and high load-bearing capacity, and is widely used in the field of mechanical processing. In this paper, through the analysis and research of the T-slot bevel guide rail, a new type of precision machining fixture based on the T-slot bevel guide rail is designed, and its performance is tested and analyzed, aiming at improving the machining accuracy of the processing fixture and stability.
